Our Setting
At Dad's the Word, we provide excellent provision for early childhood experiences, which help all of our children build a secure foundation for learning and development.

We provide children with a secure, safe and happy environment, which, along with working together with parents, provides children with the foundation that they need to thrive.
Our Rooms
We have three rooms within the nursery, a baby room for children aged 3 months to 2 years old, a toddler room for children 2 years old to 3 years old and a pre school room for children aged 3 until they start school.

The children in the baby room move up into the toddler room the term after their second birthday and the children in the toddler room move up to the pre school room the term after they turn 3, which coincides with when they are entitled to receive the government funding.
We provide the children with opportunities to experience sensory play, cooking, forest school, animal time, sports sessions, music and movement, gardening, arts and crafts, child initiated play and much more.
